For the new Voodoo Balanced, DeMarini uses an upgraded X12-Alloy (used in last years Vexxum) and calls the new alloy X-14. That by itself is frightening, as last year’s X-12 Alloy already had massive pop, but…the more the merrier. An evenly balanced barrel increases bat speed and performance – the Voodoo really has an outstanding feel to it, almost like the bat “falls” into the swing by itself. The newly designed 3Fusion end cap enhances this stunning swing experience in the 2018 model. A classic 2 5/8” barrel with tapered handle round out the new Voodoo. All in all, a bat for the performance freaks under us.
