Offered as a “Hybrid”-Glove (mesh back, leather palm) a few years ago, the Sure Catch Series changed course. The Gloves now feature a full leather shell. But don’t worry, Rawlings doesn’t loose sight of the youngsters’ needs. New features on the Sure Catch Series incude a “sure catch”-notch in the heel area of the glove. This notch reduces the hand strength required to squeeze the glove. The Neo-Flex back delivers the secure fit on the hand as if wearing a closed back glove, but offers the flexibility found in open back gloves. The size of the hand opening can be adjusted via a Velcro strap. The Rawlings SC105TCI offers a 10 1/2" length and an additional palm and index finger pad for added hand protection. An open Pro I-Web takes care of the fielding duties.
