Shipping Cost

First Order / New Costumer (Domestic costumers)

On your first order you can choose between COD, Pre-Payment or Credit Card payment.

COD-Charges (Domestic costumer only):

In addition, DHL collects a Eur 2.00 COD fee that is the buyer’s responsibility and that has to be paid upon delivery.

COD-Orders are shipped the day they are received. Orders that are received after package pick up for the day is completed will ship the next day.

Pre-Payment or Credit Card payment(Domestic costumer):

Freight charges for domestic Pre-Payment or Credit Card orders are Eur 6.00 flat. After your order has been processed you will receive all necessary payment information via E-Mail.

Pre-Payment orders are shipped via DHL on the day payment is received.

If paying with Credit Card you will receive a payment confirmation via E-mail after placing the order. Credit Card orders are shipped on the day your card is charged with the order total.

These freight charges are valid for domestic costumers only. Total order weight cannot exceed 31.5 kg.

Registered costumer – succeeding orders (domestic costumers only):

After your initial order is completed (payment is received) all succeeding orders will ship on a “net 10 days” basis. Shipping charges for registered costumers are Eur 6.00 flat (domestic shipment, order weight cannot exceed 31.5 kg). Orders over Eur 200.00 qualify for free freight.

We reserve the right to refuse to ship on net 10 days terms if the costumer has unpaid invoices or if a collection procedure on the costumer is in progress.

Net 10 Day orders are shipped the day they are received. Orders that are received after package pick up for the day is completed will ship the next day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – Pre-payment or Credit Card

On international orders, payment options are pre-payment or Credit Card. Cost for both methods are the same. When choosing pre-payment, you will receive an E-mail with all necessary payment information after your order has been processed and packed. When paying with Credit Card, you will receive an E-mail with all transaction details.

SPECIAL SHIPPING / Heavy and bulky items

Some stock items require special shipping because of their size and/or weight. Affected items in our stock program are marked to show you that this item carries extra shipping charges. Shipping charges for these items depend on the total weight of the order and the shipping destination. When ordering a special shipping item you will receive a freight quote for your order via E-Mail. Your order is non-binding and will not be processed until you confirm the special shipping charges.
