Offered as a “Hybrid”-Glove (mesh back, leather palm) a few years ago, the Sure Catch Series changed course. The Gloves now feature a full leather shell. But don’t worry, Rawlings doesn’t loose sight of the youngsters’ needs. New features on the Sure Catch Series incude a “sure catch”-notch in the heel area of the glove. This notch reduces the hand strength required to squeeze the glove. The size of the hand opening can be adjusted via a Velcro strap while the Youth Pro Taper cut ensures a snug fit. The Rawlings SC100JD offers a cool “Jacob deGrom” Design, a 10" length and an additional palm pad for added hand protection. A closed Basket Web takes care of the fielding duties.
