The problem with Batting Helmets, especially for youth players, is that the head size is still changing but the size of the Helmet remains static. So Helmets tend to get too small really fast. Rawlings solves this problem with the RCFH. The helmet features a thick two layer foam padding on the inside that automatically adjusts to fit head size 6 1/2" through 7 1/2" virtually making it a perfect fit for the youngsters. The RCFH offers a tough ABS shell that provides perfect protection at bat. It also features the Rawlings CoolFlo Design that provides multiple venting channels to increase air circulation in the helmet, thus increasing comfort. The RCFH meets the newest NOCSAE safety standards, The RCFH Helmet is pre-driled for installation of the BB1WG Wire Guard (not included).
